Customer satisfaction is very important to us. We stand by our products. If you are unhappy for any reason with your Lover’s Tempo purchase, e-mail us at info@loverstempo.com. We are happy to accept returns of unworn pieces in their original packaging within 30 days of receipt.

Please contact us if you would like a return shipping label so that you can mail your unworn jewelry back. The cost of the shipping label for any return is the customer's responsibility and will be deducted from the amount of the refund. Any charges for the initial shipment of the product will not be refunded.

If you have a damaged or defective item, please reach out to us and we will look into some options for how to best resolve that for you.
